Basic Requirements
If your building requires an accessory structure building permit certain information about your property will be required. Below is a list of basic requirements your permitting agency (county, city, etc…) should provide you. Zoning Requirements
- Setbacks
This is the distance required that your building be built from your property lines, house, well, septic, other buildings on your property. - Snow Load, Exposure level Elevation and your exposure to the wind will determine those factors.
